Preparing ubuntu to develop java & javafx desktop applications by netbeans 8.2 and scene builder



I like to use Java 1.8.0_212 with netbeans 8.2 and scene builder to develop a java & javafx softwares for desktop in ubuntu Linux, because is so easy and stable and the javafx work perfect in this version.
This tutorial use elementry OS 5.0.


  
  • download Netbeans 8.2:
  • Download Scenebuilde: 
  • Download Java 1.8.0_212:
  1. Install Java 1.8.0_212 manually

  1. Install Netbeans 8.2

  * Fix JavaFX active in netbeans 8.2: 
1- open " netbeans.conf " file, that located in: 
~/netbeans-8.2/etc


2- In "netbeans_jdkhome" change the valure to: 
netbeans_jdkhome="/usr/lib/jvm-oracle/jdk1.8.0_212"
